Norfolk Group was established in Vietnam in 1990 as a fully owned foreign property management company and began to look into investment opportunities geared towards providing the business community of HCMC with commercial real estate, hospitality and related services.
In 1994, the international standard 11-storey Project Design and Development (PDD) Building was built, the tallest office tower in HCMC at the time and for the next few years.
Other significant projects carried out by Norfolk Group in Viet Nam include Norfolk Hotel, Norfolk Mansion, Saigon Golf Country Club & Residences, Tan Da Court and Six Senses Con Dao.
